A BIT ABOUT ME

I am a competitor athlete in body building and free style wrestling since the age of 12 and have been helping my clients achieve success for the past 22 years. Leveraging my background, I coach my clients to achieve their best fit results esthetically and functionally by merging traditional weight training with core-based functional training as well as TRX, TABATA and HIIT. I take great pride in motivating and guiding my clients, resolving form, weight and symmetry issues, and creating a structure to help them stay consistent and live healthier lives.
