With over 22 years experience in professional fitness coaching and personal training, Sean has extensive experience in defining custom body goals and enabling you to reach and maintain them. From "Bulking up" to "Cutting down", Sean's experience and knowledge will help you achieve your objective in the fastest and most efficient manner.

Sean provides personalized programs to be challenging but safe, with the goal of restoring your energy, strength and confidence throughout your everyday life. He has extensive experience working with men, women, injured and elderly as well as pro athletes which allows him to leverage his diverse background to design your personalized program with surgical precision and results.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Sean has helped hundreds of clients achieve success through improving their performance in sports throughout his career. Developing performance goals for amateur and professional athletes in various sports and reducing the risk for injuries as well as rehabilitation programs to recover from injuries. His contributing credentials are a M.S. in Physical & Sports Science and 10 years of conditioning coach for the Olympic Wrestling Team of Iran

a bit about me
I am a competitor athlete in body building and free style wrestling since the age of 12 and have been helping my clients achieve success for the past 22 years. Leveraging my background, I coach my clients to achieve their best fit results esthetically and functionally by merging traditional weight training with core-based functional training as well as TRX, TABATA and HIIT. I take great pride in motivating and guiding my clients, resolving form, weight and symmetry issues, and creating a structure to help them stay consistent and live healthier lives.
